Spark Elite Team

Auditions: June 14, 2026 from 1:00pm-3:00pm

We are looking for dancers from 4-18 years of age that desire to become part of our team. The Spark Elite Team, the team attends competitions and conventions (a weekend filled with dancing with world renowned choreographers and dancers) in the greater Seattle area. Our award winning teams have achieved Platinum, High Gold, Gold, Special Awards, and so many more achievements, event Judges tour the world and provide your dancers with valuable feedback! Dancers have the opportunity to earn awards, scholarships, and invitations to exclusive dance opportunities like the one we attended in New York City called the Energy Elite Experience and Dancerpalooza!

Missed Auditions?

We understand that living in a military community means schedules and moves don’t always align with the dance season. If your dancer missed auditions and has previous competition team experience, we would still love the opportunity to meet them! We would be happy to learn more about your dancer and see how we can help them stay connected, continue growing, and not miss out on an entire competition season.

Please call us at 360-682-2188 or email frontdesk@sparkmovementacademy.com to discuss options.

Competition or Recreational: What's the difference?

Competition team is for the more involved student. This program will require students to enroll in ballet, jazz, tap, and attend team rehearsals. It will be strongly encouraged for students to enroll in elective classes such as lyrical, hip-hop, and acro dance. Students interested in competition team will be required to audition at the beginning of the dance year. The placement of students on team will be based on audition tryout, student’s age, and growth potential. A higher level of discipline and commitment will be expected of students on the competition team. Opportunities to compete in local and regional competitions along with community performances will be available to students on competition team.
